    The Chesapeake Flyers RC club is a non-profit organization focused on one thing...fun!!  Our flying field is located 20 miles south west of Virginia Beach, VA.  The field is open Our airfield is open everyday from 10:30 AM to dusk.  to members and spectators.  We currently maintain approximately 40 members.

    The Chesapeake Flyers RC Club is a radio control model aircraft flying club. We pride ourselves as a club dedicated to helping out newcomers by answering all your questions, helping you to learn to fly, and guiding you along your way to becoming a good pilot.

    If you are a beginner to this hobby you probably have many questions you need answered. We have an excellent and well established flight training program with club certified instructors allowing you to learn to fly with fewer mishaps. This will keep your flying costs down, minimize your frustration and make the whole experience much more enjoyable.

    If you are an experienced pilot, we have one of the finest maintained grass runways in the Virginia area. Our members are friendly, helpful and fun! Our members have varied interests from fixed wing to helicopters, scale (both large and small), sport, 3D, combat, gliders, pattern, and electric.
